Firearms Transfers

Here at Wiley's we can act as a transfer agent for your personal firearm sale.

Handgun Safety Certificate

Wiley's Armory gives the test for, and issues the California Department of Justice Handgun Safety Certificate. The fee for the HSC test and card is $25.00 and is valid for 5 years of the date issued and is required* in the State of California when purchasing a handgun.
*Exemptions for this card exist for law enforcement and others who may meet the requirement.
